% 22.02.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition and the applications filed therewith, reserving the right to move an application under Section 311 Cr. PC before the Metropolitan Magistrate for additional witnesses in defence to be examined. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner has the liberty to move such application as indicated above which, of course, shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law.
