O R D E R
% 13.02.2020 By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "a) Issue appropriate writ, order and/or direction for issuance of the writ of mandamus or any other writ for directing the police to lodge an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner and grant stay on the circulation of objectionable pictures in any form and through any mode.
b) Pass such other or further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the larger interest of justice." Daughter of the petitioner, namely, Ms. Heena and her husband, namely, Mr. Yogesh Kumar, are produced from Protection Home, Gurugram.
Ms. Heena has seen her photographs, which according to the petitioner are objectionable. Ms. Heena says that she has no objection to these photographs.
Ms. Heena is a major and she has married Mr.Yogesh Kumar according to her free will and without any force, pressure or coercion as stated by her in the Court. Since, daughter of the petitioner/Ms. Heena has no objection to her photographs, therefore the petitioner has no locus standi to file this petition.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
