% 13.04.2018 Quashing of order of 18th January, 2007, is sought in this petition. Vide aforesaid order, petitioner's request for appointment as Assistant Teacher on regular basis has been declined. Petitioner had earlier also filed C.W.P. No. 5495/2000, which stands allowed with direction to respondent to consider case of petitioner for regular appointment as and when the vacancy arises by granting age relaxation. In view of order of 1st July, 2013 in C.W.P. No. 5495/2000, no further orders are called for in this petition. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
