The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the Judgment dated 25.02.2026 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Delhi, in Transfer Application being T.A. No. 1738/2022 titled as State Bank of India v. Shri Dipanshu Dhingra, whereby, the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II has directed the Petitioner to pay an amount of Rs 15,12,333.71/- along with cost, expenses and interest @ 10.45% from the date of filing of the case till the date of realization. 4.

Since the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy available before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal to challenge the present impugned order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal - The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. II, this Court is not inclined to exercise the discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India. 5.
