The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings for the alleged wilful defiance of the directions contained in the order dated 06.11.2023 in CONT. CAS(C) No.1111/2022. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondents is present on the advance notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has alluded to the orders dated 30.05.2016 and 01.08.2016 passed in the CONT. CAS(C) 452/ 2016.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, it appears that the present contempt petition is pre-mature. 1111/2022 was only confined to the issue that as and when the Town Vending Committee (TVC) conducts its survey, the claims of the petitioner shall also be considered. The present petition is pre-mature since the learned counsel for the respondents has stated at the bar that the TVC is yet to conduct its survey in the area of Connaught Place, which position is not disputed by the petitioner. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondent that as and when the survey would be conducted, the claims of the petitioner shall also be considered. 7.
In view thereof, the present contempt petition is dismissed without prejudice.
