The petitioners are present in person. Respondent No.2 is also present. He submits that he never entered into any Compromise and had only received Rs.5000/-. He denied having received Rs.50,000/- ever from the petitioners or making any statement in the Court to this effect.

The Ordersheet be forwarded to the learned Trial Court to hold an enquiry whether the complainant is telling the truth and to take appropriate action against him accordingly, in case he has indulged in falsehood.

Considering that there is no settlement interse the parties, the present petition is hereby dismissed.

CRL.M.C.744/2020 & CRL.M.C. 981/2020 Statement of Mr. Jitender Kumar, s/o. Shri Kamla Prasad, aged 50 years, r/o. House No.S-508, School Block-2, Shakarpur, Delhi. On S.A I had never compromised the matter with the petitioners herein. I had been paid Rs.5000/- outside the Court which is the amount which was cheated from me by illegally transferring this amount from my account. I never gave a statement in Court on 17.10.2019 nor have I ever received Rs.50,000/- from the petitioners herein.
