By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0630/2022 registered under Sections 409/467/468/420/120B IPC at P.S. Punjabi Bagh. 2.

Mr. Singh, learned APP for the State, on instructions from SI Amit Kumar and SI Gajender, states that till date no allegation has surfaced against the present petitioner and the said position will be stated in supplementary charge-sheet which is likely to be filed within two months from today.

At this stage, Mr. Aggarwal, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same in case the need arises.
