A perusal of the plaint shows the suit to be for recovery of Rs.29.89 lacs with interest.

The suit, as per the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon‟ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 has to be transferred to the subordinate court; hence this application is infructuous and is disposed of. CS(OS) 1210/2000 3.

None appears for the defendant; however the same does not come in the way of the suit being transferred.

A perusal of the jurisdictional paragraph in the plaint shows that the territorial jurisdiction of the Court at Delhi has been invoked for the reason of the plaintiff having its registered office at Delhi. A perusal of the issues framed on 29th August, 2005 shows an issue of territorial jurisdiction having also been raised. The defendant is otherwise located at Noida and Jaipur, as per the memorandum of parties.

The address given of the office of the plaintiff is at Khel Gaon Marg, New Delhi which falls in the territorial jurisdiction of District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.
