The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states that the matter is settled with the petitioner and, therefore, respondent no.1 should be deleted from the array of parties.

This is a petition for substitution of the Arbitrator as the Arbitrator appointed has recused.

Accordingly, Mr Samrat Nigam, Advocate (Mobile No. 9810424476, Enrolment No. D53G/2000) is appointed as an Arbitrator. Respondent no.1 shall be at liberty to apply to the Arbitrator for being deleted as respondent. Arbitrator shall proceed from the same stage as the earlier Arbitrator. The petition stands disposed of.
