The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 31.07.2024, passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi, pursuant to which respondent was acquitted for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
