% 17.11.2017 The parties have settled the matter before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi vide Settlement Agreement dated 25.10.2017. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the respondents have agreed to pay to the petitioners a sum of Rs.15,12,000/- on or before 30.04.2018. It has also been agreed between the parties that the petitioners shall withdraw the present company petition today when the matter is listed in court.

It is urged that the present petition may be permitted to be withdrawn today.

Binding the parties to the Settlement Agreement, the present petition is disposed of. In case, there is any default on the part of the respondents, the petitioners are free to take steps as per law against the respondents including for revival of the present petition.
