% 23.01.2018 Vide order dated 02.02.2016 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial) this matter was transferred to the East District in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.12.2017 in the Court of Additional District Judge-04, East District, it was observed, in the presence of counsel for the plaintiff that the said Court lacks territorial jurisdiction since the property in dispute is situated in Krishna Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of Shahdara District which fact was admitted by the counsel for the plaintiff. Accordingly, this case has been sent back to this Court.

In view of the admission of counsel for the plaintiff before the learned Additional District Judge, registry to transfer this matter before learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District for 01st February, 2018.
