CM(M) 167/2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the learned Principal Judge, South-West, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi to hear and decide the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the petitioner seeking interim maintenance in a time bound manner. It is stated that the said application is pending adjudication since April, 2018.

Looking into the nature of the prayer made, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court is requested to consider and decide the application within a period of three months from today.

The petition is disposed of.
