Since the matter pertains to the recruitment process in respect of GNCT of Delhi, the petitioner will be precluded from maintaining the present writ petition in terms of Section 14(2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 read with the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandrakumar vs. Union of India & Ors reported in (1994) 5 SCC 539.

The petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi on the same cause of action, in accordance with law. 3.

The petition alongwith applications stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought granted.
