The present writ petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the order dated 29th March, 2025, as well as the water bills dated 12th January, 2023 and 15th July, 2023, issued in respect of property no. C-60B/C-60 FF, First Floor, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ DJB submits that even though the total outstanding amount due from the petitioner is to the tune of Rs. 10,64,690/-, the same has been reduced to Rs. 2,87,613/-, in terms of the W.P.(C) 3950/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is agreeable to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs. 2,87,613/-. 5.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Needless to state, upon payment of the aforesaid amount, a 'No Dues Certificate' shall be issued by the respondent/ DJB to the petitioner.
