The Petitioner has approached this Court praying for withdrawal of communication dated 13.03.2019 purportedly issued by the Enforcement of Directorate to the Registrar of Documents directing the Registrar not to register any documents pertaining to property No. 3/13, Second Floor, Krishna Nagar, Delhi without Roof Rights without obtaining the prior permission of the ED.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the property in question was purchased through a Court auction. 3.

In view of the above, there is no impediment on the Sub-Registrar to register the documents pertaining to the property in question.
