The appellant is aggrieved by an order dated 5.2.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge, dismissing a petition filed by it under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 whereunder, interim directions were sought against the respondent No.1 restraining it from invoking/encashing two bank guarantees, one dated 25.7.2018 and the other dated 12.12.2018 for a sum of Rs.57,85,089/- and Rs.8,65,000/-, respectively. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant states that the respondent No.2/Bank has already released the bank guarantees in favour of the respondent No.1.

The present appeal is rendered infrutuous and is accordingly disposed of alongwith the pending application.
