W.P.(C) 1586/2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the respondent no.3 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 29.03.2019 of the petitioner. In view of the above, the respondent no.3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and communicate its decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to cost.
