1. Notice. Learned counsel for the Respondents accepts notice.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that the impugned posting order dated 7th February 2019 has been kept in abeyance and has been reviewed in view of medical condition of the Petitioner. It is further stated that a fresh posting order will be passed in about 10 days' time.

3. In view of the above statements, it is directed that the fresh posting order should give the Petitioner sufficient time in terms of the Rules to report to the place of posting, to enable the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies if

aggrieved by such order.

4. The petition along with the pending application is disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
