The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 383/2024 of PS Khajuri Khas for the offence under Section 318/319(2) BNS. Two aspects were pointed out to learned counsel for petitioner. Firstly, apart from the respondent no.2 there are other victims also of the alleged cheating including the company MadApes who suffers revenue loss on account of impersonation by the petitioner. Secondly, quashing of the FIR in present case would be judicial sanctification of crypto-currency transactions. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may face trial.
