Ms. Aditi Shivadhatri, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage seeks to withdraw the present writ petition given the fact that the petitioner may be considered for OTA since according to the counter affidavit the short fall of vacancies in Short Service Commission (OTA Men) could not be ascertained at this stage, since the joining letters of 119th course is under progress.

On that submission, the present writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
