By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 439/2015 dated 09.05.2015, registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi, under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. S.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
