This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present Petition.

The challenge in the present Petition is to an order dated 03.01.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court by which an Application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] has been dismissed. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that he does not wish to file a Reply to the present Application.

The Application is accordingly allowed.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is, however, granted to the Petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 6.
