% 20.01.2020 CM APPL. 39115/2019 (for recalling of petition) Both, the petitioner and the respondent, who is an Advocate by himself submit that in pursuance of the compromise and the settlement arrived at, the FIR has been quashed.

Today, before the Court, the respondent has also handed over a sum of Rs.20,000/- in cash to the petitioner and Mr. Gupta, ld. counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that on such payment the petitioner is left with no claim of any kind whatsoever as against the respondent. On instructions, he also submits that in the given facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not press the instant application any further.

The subject application stands disposed of.
