A perusal of the orders dated 16.09.2019, 10.01.2020, 13.04.2022 and 08.08.2022 shows that there has been no appearance on behalf of the appellant before this Court.

There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant even today. 3.

Mr. Pramod Kumar, respondent-in-person, appears and submits that as per his information, the appellant - Pintu Gautam had already left for his heavenly abode some time in December 2021. 4.
