By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "1. Direct the Police Authorities, P.S. Kirti Nagar, Delhi to register FIR against the Accused persons named in Complaint Case No. 1579/2025 titled "M/s Vardayni Global LLP vs State of NCT of Delhi" pending adjudication before the Court of learned CJM, West, Tis Hazari, Delhi.

2. Direct the Police Authorities, P.S. Kirti Nagar, Delhi to conduct a full, fair and time-bound investigation against the Accused persons named in Complaint Case No. 1579/2025 titled "M/s Vardayni Global LLP vs State of NCT of Delhi" pending adjudication before the Court of learned CJM, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 3. Direct the Court of learned CJM, West, Tis Hazari, Delhi to expedite and conclude adjudication of the Complaint Case No. 1579/2025 titled "M/s Vardayni Global LLP vs State of NCT of Delhi" decide the application under Section 175(3) BNSS in a time bound manner.

4. Direct the Police Authorities to Impound the Passport of the Accused persons named in Complaint Case No. 1579/2025 titled "M/s Vardayni Global LLP vs State of NCT of Delhi" pending adjudication before the Court of learned CJM, West, Tis Hazari, Delhi so as to prevent them from fleeing out of the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Courts to defeat the ends of justice.

5. Any other relief as deemed fit by the Hon'ble Court may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse/ remedies, as available, in accordance with law. 3.

The present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
