..... Petitioners Through Mr. A.N. Tiwari, Adv.

versus M/S RELIGARE FINVEST LTD.

..... Respondent Through None

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 25.02.2019 1.

Mr. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, says that since the petitioners are willing to regularise the loan account by paying amount presently due, the petitioners would like to withdraw the petition and, if necessary, thereafter, take recourse to their legal rights. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The petitioners would be free to take recourse to whatever cause of action they choose to take in their best interest, albeit, in accordance with law.

4.

Consequently, the pending application shall stand close. 5.
