The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "1.That this Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to provide protection to the petitioner at the hands of the respondent no.3 to 7 and their associates and or any one else purported to be acting on behalf of the respondent no.3 to 7.
2. That it is humbly prayed to direct the respondents to refrain from defaming the petitioner and making false allegations of sexual harassment and theft against them.
3. That the Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent to let the petitioner come back to his property.
4. That this Hon;ble court may be pleased to pass any other order or directions as it deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
