Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to direct the Respondent No. 1 to protect Petitioner from the illegal dentention and summoning by the Respondent No. 2 and direct the Respondents to follow due process of law. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to agitate the grounds before the learned Trial Court, in accordance with law. 3.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for.
