% 18.03.2019 The learned counsel for the respondent has produced the copy of letter No.3209/PC/04/E3F dated 16.03.2019 qua the provisional allotment of FD Area ACCN : OFFRS and submitted the house was declared fit by AGE on 22.08.2018 and few minor improvement works done such as change of electrical fittings and as on date the officer has physically occupied the accommodation. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has raised concerns qua the manner in which the petitioner was put to inconvenience and had to stay in officers mess and has to shell out amounts on shifting, hence it is urged if such amount is permissible under the rules, the respondent may consider for reimbursing the same to the petitioner. It is alleged the petitioner is still not satisfied with the condition of house and had made various requests to the respondent to repair the house. If any such request is pending, the respondent is expected to consider the same expeditiously.
In view of above, the petition and pending application stands disposed of. No order as to costs. Order dasti to both the parties. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
