directing the respondents to handover the custody of the minor girl of the petitioner no. 2, and also to provide protection to the petitioner no. 2, her minor daughter, and entire family. The petitioners make the following prayers in the petition:

"A. Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS, or any other writ, order or direction in favour of petitioner no.2 thereby directing the respondents to handover the custody of the minor girl of petitioner no.2 and provide full protection to the petitioner no. 2, her minor daughter and entire family.

B. Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other writ, order or direction thereby directing protection of minor female child from forced conversion and direct the Government of NCT of Delhi, the Respondent No.4 to enact legislation prohibiting forced conversion of minor children from the religion of their birth to other religion under any circumstances.

C. Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.5 to investigate and enquire about the organized syndicate of Love Jihad and Forced Conversion operating in India and submit a report to this effect before the Government. Any other order which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case be also passed."

The petition itself discloses that proceedings have been initiated before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, and the minor child has been sent to the Nirmal Chhaya Complex, Jail Road, Hari Nagar, Delhi-110064.

The petitioners, if they are aggrieved of the orders passed by the CWC, are at liberty to avail their remedies in accordance of law. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

We do not find the present petition to be maintainable. The same, along with the pending applications, is accordingly dismissed.
