This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for issuance of direction to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner from respondent nos. 3 and 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent nos.1 and 2 have already shared the numbers of the concerned police officers with the understanding that the petitioner shall be provided adequate protection as and when required. He submits that with the above, the present petition stands satisfied. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
