Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant confines his prayer to waive off the cost of Rs.20,000/- as ordered by learned Single Judge in the impugned order with a further request that the appellant may be permitted to raise all the pleas which may be available to them before the learned Single Judge. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this appeal with the request to the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of the contempt case and conclude the same as early as possible.

We further provide that all the pleas of the parties to the proceedings of the contempt shall be open to them in the said proceedings. provided that the appellant shall not be liable to make payment of the cost as ordered by learned Single Judge in the impugned order. 5.

We have been informed that the reply by the appellant to the contempt petition has already been filed, which is on record of the proceedings of the contempt petition. Response to the said reply by the respondents shall be filed at the earliest.

The appeal along with pending applications, thus, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
