On S.A Respondent is younger brother of my father-in-law. In view of this fact that he has decided to devote rest of his life to the social work and taking care of the needy person and not to contest the election for Legislative Assembly of Delhi in future, I withdraw my present election petition. On S.A I am 81 years old and have decided to devote my whole life to the social work i.e. taking care of blinds, disabled and needy and for that purpose I, as a Chairman of Akhil Bhartiya Netraheen Sangh (Andh Vidalaya), already looking after the interest of the blind people as well as widows etc and providing employment opportunities. Long back, I have retired from my active political life and have no intentions to contest any election for Legislative Assembly of Delhi in future.
