This transfer petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of Sessions Case No.08/2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, District South, Special Courts (POCSO), Saket Courts, New Delhi, titled 'State v. Manoj Kumar', in case FIR No.398/2022 dated 30.10.2022 registered under Section 354 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act to District West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, on the ground that the victim, who is currently minor in age, was being threatened and intimidated by the Accused in the Court premises on the dates of hearing. Various allegations have been levelled against the Presiding Officer as well. After investigation Sections 354A/509 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act were added.

against whom allegations were made, has since changed and therefore, the Petitioner does not press the present petition for transfer of the case. Mr. Suri, however, states that protection granted to the victim by this Court vide order dated 10.04.2023 be continued and reinforced. 3.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, with respect to the transfer of the case, no order is required to be passed by this Court. Interim protection granted to the victim by order dated 10.04.2023 shall continue to remain in force till the proceedings are pending before the Trial Court. 4.
Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
