CM(M) 169/2020 & CM No.5441/2020 (Stay) This petition has been filed praying seeking a direction to the learned Family Court to hear and decide the objection regarding the territorial jurisdiction of the Court raised by the petitioner herein against Guardianship Petition No.82/2017 and further seeks waiver of cost of Rs.5,000/- that was imposed by this Court by its order dated 27.09.2019 passed in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 251/2019, titled Vidya Devi v. Radha Devi. I find no merit in the present petition. However, it shall always be open to the petitioner to urge its objection before the learned Family Court, which shall be considered in accordance with the law. The petition is disposed of.
