Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The order under challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal is dated 08.01.2026 passed by learned Contempt Judge in CONT.CAS(C) 1366/2025. 3.
By the impugned order, a direction has been issued to the appellants that they shall specifically disclose the contents of the bank locker, which is the subject matter of the contempt petition.

It has been argued by the learned counsel for the appellants that any disclosure of the contents of the bank locker is likely to cause prejudice to the case pending in the proceedings of CRL.REV.P.(MAT.)-273/2025. 5.

may not be compelled to disclose the contents of the locker for the reason that such disclosure would prejudice their case in the aforesaid Criminal Revision Petition, CRL.REV.P.(MAT.)-273/2025. If any such application is made, the respondents herein shall be granted appropriate time and opportunity to file objection to the application. 6.
The learned Single Judge is requested to decide the said application accordingly.

We may make it clear that any observation made by us in this order is only for the purposes of disposal of the appeal and the same shall not be construed as our opinion on the claim of the respective parties regarding disclosure of the contents of the locker.

The appeal along with pending applications, thus, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
