Issue notice. Mr. Mittal accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as the respondent does not oppose the relief claimed in the instant petition.

The record shows that the learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 7.2.2017.

It appears that after the statutory period of twelve (12) months got over, the parties mutually agreed to extend the time by another six (6) months.

Since the arbitration proceedings could not get concluded in the extended time frame, the parties had approached this Court and vide order dated 17.9.2018 the time was extended by six (6) months commencing from 9.8.2018.

Even though extension was granted by this Court which expired on 8.2.2019, parties have not been able to conclude the arbitration proceedings. 8.
I am told that the matter is at the stage of evidence. 9.
Given the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to grant extension of another six (6) months commencing from 9.2.2019. 10.
The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid terms. 11.
