The application is signed by three of the petitioners, namely Mr. Ankur Rajput, Ms. Priyanka Rajput, and Mr. Shri Kishan, and is accompanied by a Vakalatnama executed in their favour appointing Mr. Shirish Gupta, Advocate, as their counsel. The aforesaid documents have been handed up in Court, and are taken on record. 6.
Although the application is not signed by petitioner No. 3 - Ms. Kalpana Rajput, Mr. Amit Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, whose Vakalatnama is on record on behalf of all four petitioners, states that he has instructions from all the petitioners to withdraw the captioned petition.

In view of the above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the captioned transfer petition alongwith all pending applications. 8.
Accordingly, the present transfer petition, alongwith all pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
