% 19.01.2018 Petitioner and co-accused forcibly entered in the labour room of BJRM Hospital and beat up the doctors including a lady doctor. Not only this, security staff as well as female safai karamcharis were also extended beatings.

Learned APP says that CCTV footage supports the version of the complainant and the victims. Petitioner and his co-accused indulged in vandalism.

Petitioner is not entitled to bail, inasmuch as custodial interrogation is required.

In the above facts, bail application is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
