Learned senior counsel for the Decree Holders (DHs) submits that the DHs are conscious of their liability to pay Rs.82,57,500/- to the Judgment Debtor No.2 (JD No.2). He further submits that in case the DHs, for any reason not attributable to JD No.2, are not in a position to receive the possession of the premises by 05.03.2020, the said amount will be deposited in Court.

Learned counsel for JD No.3 assures the Court that the possession of the premises in question will be positively handed over to the DH on or before 29.02.2020.
