Though the present bail application has been taken up for hearing on mentioning, wherein the applicant seeks extension of interim bail in FIR No.627/2017 dated 18.10.2017 registered at PS.: Begum Pur, Delhi under Sections 307/395/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, however, without adverting to the merits involved, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the same afresh in view of the changed circumstances, i.e. along with fresh medical documents qua his mother before the learned Trail Court.

As such, the present bail application along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
