The present petition was filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the penalty sought to be imposed as a pre-condition for grant of an 'Exit Visa'.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to filing of the present petition, the exit-visa was granted to the petitioner without imposition of any penalty. It is submitted that the petitioner has already departed from India.

In view of the aforesaid and in view of non-appearance of the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed-in-default for nonprosecution.
