% 25.02.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition and the application filed therewith reserving the right to raise the contentions set out in the petition as defences to be agitated in case any adverse order is passed on the charge-sheet which has already been presented upon conclusion of investigation into FIR no.7/2016 involving offences punishable under Sections 66 of Information Technology Act, 2000 of police station Economic Offences Wing.
The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
