Learned counsel for Petitioner fairly submits that the current licence period in respect of stalls at GMU at PF-02/03 of Prayagraj Chheoki Railway Station, GMU Catering Stall No. 06 (Reserved for Women) on PF No. 2/3 near pole 1037/41 at Lalitpur Railway Station and GMU No. 9 at PF-2/3 at Aishbagh Railway Station is expiring on 14.09.2025, 23.04.2026 and 01.03.2026 respectively. Therefore, he, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage.

Accordingly, this writ petition along with pending applications is disposed of with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
