Heard Mr. Sandeep Sethi and Mr. Parag P. Tripathi, learned senior counsel for the parties. During the course of arguments, the offer which was earlier made by the private respondent i.e. respondent no.1 herein was reiterated.

following arrangement :- (i) A sum of Rs. 50 crores shall be paid by respondent no.1 in favour of the petitioner within a maximum period of 30 days from today. Out of money paid to the petitioner, the petitioner shall purchase the accommodation either in her name with two children; or in the name of the Company, wherein, each of them will have equal shares. Let the account details be furnished to the respondent no.1 forthwith.

(ii) The respondent no.1 shall pay the rent at the rate of Rs. 20,00,000/- monthly for the period of six months from the date of deposit of 50 crores.

(iii) The petitioner shall vacate the accommodation within a period of 3 maximum months. However, the period for which the petitioner occupies the present accommodation from the deposit of the 50 crores, will be reduced from the period of overall six months' rent.

(iv) The rights and contentions with respect to other claims like title, share holding etc. of both the parties are left open. 3.

With the aforesaid arrangement and with the consent of the parties, the petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of. The parties shall be bound by the agreed arrangement.
