% 12.02.2020 The submission of ld. counsel for the Petitioner is that the application moved for disbursement of the compensation amount has not been considered by the Commissioner, Employees Compensation. The application has been placed on record at pages 34 and 35 of the paperbook. Ld. counsel for the Respondent submits that there is no difficulty in disbursing the compensation amount, upon verification of the Petitioner's identity etc., Accordingly, the Commissioner, Employees' Compensation, is directed to verify the identity of the Petitioner and thereafter pass appropriate orders for disbursement of compensation in accordance with law. The Petitioner shall appear before the Commissioner on the date, as may be fixed by the Commissioner for the purpose of verification. A copy of this order be communicated to the Commissioner under the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 at C-Block, Ground Floor, 5, Shamnath Marg,
