The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No. 2 is not insisting on the maintenance and has also not filed any proceeding for execution of the maintenance. 2.
He submits that he does not wish to pursue the present proceedings in regard to Respondent No. 2.

In so far as Respondent No. 1 is concerned, he submits that the matter is now listed for final argument on 10.04.2024 and he would urge all the grounds, as taken in the present petition, before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The learned counsel submits that even though Respondent No. 2 is not claiming any maintenance, Respondent No. 1 is insisting on the maintenance for Respondent No. 2 up to December, 2018.

He submits that Respondent No. 1 is claiming to be the guardian of Respondent No. 2 till the time she attained majority, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and is, therefore, claiming the said maintenance amount. 7.
Let the said aspect be also considered by the learned Trial Court and final judgment be passed accordingly. 8.
It is clarified that the learned Trial Court would pass the final order, being uninfluenced by the findings that may have been given in the order dated 10.01.2023, passed by the learned Trial Court, thereby fixing the interim maintenance for the respondents.

The learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the matter expeditiously.
