W.P.(C) 1620/2020 & CM APPL. No.5680/2020 Issue Notice. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 accepts notice. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 further states that the property was inspected on 11.02.2020 and unauthorized construction was being carried out in the property. He submits that action is proposed to be taken on 13.02.2020.

Binding the respondents to the above submission, the petition stands disposed of. Respondents no. 1 and 2 will continue to deal with the property as per law. The SHO of the concerned area is directed to ensure that appropriate police protection is granted to respondents no. 1 and 2 in case any action is taken with respect to the said property.

As no relief is sought against the private respondents being respondents no. 3 to 5, no notice shall be served on them. The petition stands disposed of.
