By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR 886/2025, dated 29.12.2025, registered at Police Adarsh Nagar, District North West, Delhi, under Sections 140(3)/351(2)/127(3)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Darshan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The pending application also stands disposed of.
